NEW Summer Classes! Strength, Speed, & Agility Tuesday and Thursdays 11-11:45 This class is an intense strength and total body workout, utilizing your body weight, free weights, bands, bars, plyometrics and dumbbells. Be ready to sweat with Christian for this energetic workout. Workout is advanced. Cost : $10 drop in fee or $35 per month
DeDe’s Fit Camp Tuesday and Thursday 10-10:45AM. Workouts are designed especially for beginner exercisers wanted to exercise and learn the importance of nutrition. Class will be focused on strength and cardio endurance, while toning and firming the entire body. Designed to improve your fitness and have fun while improving strength, power, balance, agility, speed, coordination, flexibility, cardio respiratory, endurance and stamina. Great for Beginners, Rehab patients, and Active Older Adults.Cost: $10 drop in fee or $35 per month (Registration required) Space is Limited to 12 per session.
Moms into Fitness Thursday Nights 6:30-7:30 PM Whether you are pregnant, have just had a baby, want to get into shape before having a baby, or haven’t lost the baby weight from your first baby this class will be for you. In this class we will focus on both Strength and Cardio changing it up every week. The studio is all ours, so moms are welcome to bring their babies. We will be letting the children play on the studio floor as we are exercising. You and your child’s health and safety are our biggest concern so let’s have some fun and get active!!! We will be focusing on nutrition for the entire family, so be prepared to have a blast! Cost: $10 drop in fee or $35 per month (Registration required)
Girls Into Fitness Monday & Wednesday 10-10:40AM This class describes the importance of fitness for girls (ages 10-14), from goal setting and stretching, to cardio and strength-training exercises and eating habits. As society becomes more accepting of truly athletic women, teen girls are encouraged develop physical confidence and mental toughness. A variety of nutrition tips and fitness facts will be talked about daily in class along with information geared toward teens on weight lifting, cardiovascular conditioning, and working out at home. Cost: $10 drop in fee or $35 per month (Registration required)

For the kids: Monkeys 3-4 years Monkeys are ready to swing through class on their own! Motor skills, social skills, self –awareness and self confidence are developed while learning basic gymnastics skills and movements in this fun environment.
Kangaroos 4-5 years Join us as we roll, flip, jump and swing through class! Kangaroos is a more skill orientated class developed especially for young beginners. In this fun and positive environment, Kangaroos will learn basic tumbling, bars and balance beam skills while continuing to focus on positive social interaction and building self-confidence.
Tigers 5-6 years Tigers are ready to focus on each skill and work specifically on technique. Techniques such as pointing the toes, keeping the legs straight, and sticking the landing on all equipment, will be each child’s goal
Bears 6-8 years Bears are ready to start putting a variety of skills together on beam, floor and bars. Students will focus on creativity, balance, posture, and flexibility, within each gymnastics exercise and routine. Adult Classes: Cardio:This 45 minute class is designed to build cardiovascular endurance and conditioning. The class takes place on the cardio equipment and accommodates all abilities and skill levels. Instructor leads participants through different speeds and resistances according to fitness levels. Circuit Class: A fun, intense, strength training class. This class takes place on the Paramount Equipment in the Weight Room. Class starts with a 5-10 minute warm up on the cardio machines, and then transitions to the weight equipment, in which every one minute participants rotate through on various pieces of equipment using all muscle groups. Class ends with 5-10 minutes of core conditioning. Cycle Interval/Strength: A high energy interval workout aimed to improve both cardiovascular endurance and strength. Class consists of rotating between lifting weights and cycle training. Equipment used in this class consists of the step, dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands & balls.
Fitness Yoga: Fitness Influence Yoga is designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Classes begin with yoga postures that burn fat, and work the muscles in a fluid and energetic motion geared toward gaining strength. The second part of class is designed to increase balance and control of the body. Class finishes with a focus on flexibility and lengthening the muscles. Turbo Kick: This class is an amazing cardio workout. A combination of high or low intensity kicks, punches, jabs and kickboxing moves makes this a workout for all skill levels. Once you have learned the choreography, the moves are put together with specific upbeat music to make the workout fun and incredibly intense.
Strength & Abs: This is a strength training class designed to give a full body workout. Enjoy lifting weights with music and an instructor for motivation!! Instructor will also give specific instructions on proper weight lifting form and intensity levels. This class will benefit women and men of all fitness levels. A variety of equipment will be used.
Interval Training:This class is a combination of cardiovascular machines. Class may start out on the bike for 10 minutes, then transition to the elliptical or treadmill and back to the bike. Class varies every time giving your body just what it needs, VARIETY!! Class lasts 60 minutes and finishes up with core and abdominal exercises.
Strength Training: Weights, bands, balls, body bars and the step, make this class full of variety and total body exercises.
Step & Abs: 40 minute Step class. Get an excellent workout with fun choreography using a step. Class will include a warm-up, cardiovascular workout, and abdominal exercises.
Cycle:Studio cycle class aimed to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn fat, and increase stamina and strength. When you can’t ride outside, why not ride with a group inside??
Willpower: This popular class combines cardiovascular work with leg conditioning, power yoga, body weight exercises, arm strengthening and toning exercises, pilates and core conditioning into one fun workout. At the end of class you will feel refreshed, relaxed, and physically fit.
Triathlon Class: This class takes place in the studio with a combination of guided imagery on the cycle and on the floor to create a real life triathlon experience, only in a studio atmosphere! Enjoy the different races and training routes that make this class intense and fun.
Zumba: This class is a Latin inspired fitness class where you will get a fantastic cardio workout and have a blast doing it. Ditch your workout and join the party!! All the above classes are included in the membership or are available for an $8 drop in fee. Classes are subject to change at anytime.
