Rules to a 6-week Nutrition Plan

1.    Don’t Miss a Meal!!

2.    Eat Enough!  Multiply ideal weight with 16 to get caloric intake.  EX:  138 X 15 = 2070 ?? This program is based on 1600 calorie diet with 200 calorie snack daily.

3.    Drink Plenty of Water

4.    Take Multi Vitamin
