My name is Heather Flock and fitness has been my passion for over a decade. My experience, which ranges from work as a Personal Trainer to competing in the sport of triathlons, deeply affects the way I work with my clients and group exercise classes. We work together to achieve reasonable health and fitness goals. If you need a push, I can and will give you a push. 

Come on out and enjoy your body’s ability to move. I will provide the motivation, encouragement, support and the skills needed for success. No one has to continue being frustrated with unproductive workout routines, sedentary lifestyles, and poor eating habits.
